What do I need for the class?

A Zoom-capable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) and a reliable internet connection. You don't need any equipment — the class is fully virtual. We recommend a device with a camera so the instructor can see you demonstrating technique.

How long does the class take?

90 minutes from start to finish. That covers adult, child, and infant CPR plus AED training, live instruction, Q&A, and the written knowledge check. No waiting — you're certified before the session ends.

Can I book a private session for my whole team?

Absolutely — that's one of our most popular options. Private group sessions are available for 5 to 100 participants and can be scheduled on any day of the week, including evenings and weekends. How soon do I receive my certificate?

Within a few hours of completing the class and passing the knowledge check, your PDF certificate is emailed to you. It's a 2-year nationally recognized CPR/AED certification.

What if I miss a class I booked?

Life happens. Let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we'll reschedule you into another class at no charge. Same-day cancellations can be rescheduled for a small fee.
